things men want to see women wear

Summer is three days away. Men and women alike can’t wait to shed layers for a lengthy period. Ladies can’t wait to show a little more skin. And men can’t wait to not mind. This summer promises to be a scorcher. In the midst of summer barbecues and kickbacks, there will be all sorts of attire involved. Today I run down some of the top things we men would love to see you ladies wear. It goes as such:

1. Open Toed Sandals

I’m a guy that loves nicely done feet. The summer time is prime time for you ladies to show us you’re bout that pedicure life. Freshly done soft feet is the equivalent of a fresh shape up on a man. It adds a great dimension to the simplest outfit.

2. Crop Tops

Was Planet Fitness your middle name during cuffing season? Then show the fruits of your labor this summer. A crop top is a great way to stand out from others. Doesn’t show too much, but it shows just enough. No man would object to a lady wearing this.

3. High Waist Shorts

These high waist shorts seem to be of the “boyfriend” variety. Nevertheless to the ladies with legs, it’s no secret the fellas want to see them. Wear these after a fresh shave and lotion. You’ll be sure to turn a few heads when you walk in the venue.

4. Maxi Dresses/ Skirts

If you know me, you know that a maxi dress lights up my day. They’re simple and they hug you. Guys will always love something form fitting on a woman.  As a tall woman, make sure  it doesn’t drag too much or is too short. I know that’s a struggle. We love maxi skirts too. Wear them with a nice camisole  and blazer/vest and you’re in business.

5.Rompers/Jumpsuits

WE…LOVE…ROMPERS! The one above is of the shorts variety. This ties a bunch of things into one. It’s form fitting. Some show some cleavage. And some show legs. All of the above will have a man forget to only glance at you. I apologize for us in advance.

6. Harem Pants

I love harems. Before I knew the name I’d just call them some MC Hammer pants. But these are great for the summer, especially on dates. Again it’s one article of clothing that draws attention. It  allows the rest of your outfit to be pretty calm. A nice ass clutch would be a nice touch too.

7. Open toed Wedges

Wedges with the right outfit really can take it over the top. Again, toes must be nicely filed to rock these. Wedges are good for almost any event except a theme park. Depending on the style , they can make an outfit more casual or more dressy. I happen to love “corked” wedges.

To pull any of these off, you’ve got to have your bases covered. Ladies, deodorant is your friend. Ladies, powder is your friend. Ladies, wash your weaves as needed. Ladies, get your fill ins as needed. Your hygiene is paramount in relation to anything you wear. What you have on doesn’t mean shit if you aren’t clean first. Now I know my SBM fam is clean.
